The Synigent Story
Founded in 1991, Synigent Technologies provides consulting, recruiting, and staffing services focused on IT, supply chain, and manufacturing. Our service model includes flexible contract and contract-to-hire options, and direct hire and consulting solutions.
As a result of our process and attention to detail, we experience a very low rate of consultant turnover. A high percentage of our contract-to-hire engagements result in conversions and long-term success. Using the latest in CRM, marketing and social media technology, we continue to grow strong, lasting relationships with consultants and customers across the country.
We use this same technology to stay in touch with our active consultants and potential candidates on an ongoing basis. We have built a database of over 90,000 candidates available for consideration across the country for a multitude of technology needs.
We are affiliated with, ASCM, FeedMore, and ChamberRVA.
Our commitment to continuous improvement is reflected in our regularly updated process and eagerness to integrate new technologies. These efforts, combined with our leadership and industry experience, enable us to maintain a competitive advantage in the marketplace.
Every member of Synigent incorporates these values into how we work with each client and candidate.
We do the right thing for our clients and our candidates. We put a lot of effort into understanding their needs to make great connections.
Our relationships are not transactional; they’re strategic.
Strong and lasting relationships with clients are essential to understanding their team dynamic, technologies, and long-term strategy.
Because we are invested in the long-term success and career ambitions of our candidates, our relationships with them are of equal value.
We take the time to go beyond the job description to understand the needs the role will fill for the organization and the team. We only present candidates we believe the client will be likely to hire.
